At Doral Financial Corporation, its divisions and affiliated companies, Doral Bank, Doral Mortgage, and Doral Insurance Agency (hereinafter designated as "DORAL"), we value your time and your interest in our organization and we do everything we can to protect the privacy of our customers. Information we receive from you on applications or other forms such as your name, address, Social Security number, assets and income,

Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others, such as your account balance, credit card usage, and payment history; and

Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency, such as your creditworthiness and credit history

Under certain circumstances, and as permitted by law, we may share nonpublic personal information about you to nonaffiliated third parties. For example, we may share the previously mentioned information to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements.

DORAL may share information about their former customers in the same way they do with current customers.
